FAQ and pricing notes

How does billing work?

You can pay monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and you can update your plan at any time from your account settings.

Do I save money with annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing is discounted compared with paying month to month for the same plan. The exact savings show on the checkout screen before you pay.

Can I pay for a team or multiple learners?

Yes. Team billing is available for groups. We can set up one invoice and help you assign seats to each learner, then add or remove seats as your group changes.

Do you offer unpublished internal pricing?

For schools, districts, and larger groups, we may offer custom pricing that is not listed on this page. Contact us with your learner count and timeline, and we will send a quote.

What is your refund policy?

If you are not sure the plan is a fit, contact us and we will review your request based on your plan type and how much of the course you have accessed. We aim to be fair and resolve requests quickly.
